These are established, structured programs for managing hip and knee osteoarthritis — not something we run ourselves, but worth knowing about. Ask your clinician whether one might be a good fit for you.

Good Life with osteoArthritis in Denmark

GLA:D Canada

An 8-week group program for hip or knee osteoarthritis: two education sessions followed by 12 supervised exercise sessions, twice a week. It's offered at clinics across Alberta and the rest of Canada.

Joint Effort

A 6-week program for hip or knee osteoarthritis: supervised group exercise sessions plus a group nutrition session. It's a good fit whether you don't need surgery, are preparing for it, or have already had a joint replacement.
